Alessandro from Italy
I was studying in the ELA last year in the fall semester. It was so fantastic and the most important experience of my life. I remember that before I took this decision I was so worried to live in a new country alone and with no one to rely on, but I was so excited to came to California and in particular to San Diego.
I didn't understand why all the people that came to this American State came back and they were so sad but after my experience I had understand the point. San Diego is the best place in the world for me, why?
Because the lifestyle is amazing, all the people are so relaxed, the city is very safe and the people of San Diego are very friendly, in particular if they understand that you are a visitor. They help you every day, they solve all your problems with a big smile and they know how the life is beautiful.
In San Diego you will have all you need: an amazing beach, a lot of fun in the 5 th Avenue in Downtown, a lot of nature with its natural area and you could discover a lot of amazing animals in SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo.
In particular USD is the best university that you could find in this city and in the south of California State. It is really beautiful, full of nature and amazing structure. There are a lot of students from all over the world and you could make your own international family of friends like me. It's so funny and you could open your mind with a lot of totally different cultures from us and at the end you will be so sad to come back home because you will understand, like me, that San Diego is your new home.
In the ELA Academy there are a lot of very serious, intelligent and funny people and I'm sure that you will love them. All of them will help you to be at home and they will change your mind and your heart because they are the best team in the world for understand the American culture and with it the English languages. Before I came to ELA Academy of San Diego I hate English because all over the world the teachers want you to study a lot of grammar and that's it. On the other hand they will teach you English but with a lot of discussion and team work in which you will have a lot of fun and you will understand more quickly the languages but much more how to use it in the daily life.
Trust me; you must take now your decision and you must go to ELA Academy in San Diego, after that your life won't be the same. Good luck and come to visit this amazing place.
